The lavender is so subtle, but peeks from the base notes to offer some calm and serenity. I definitely think she will love burning this during the long summer evenings with her friends in the garden - plus, it acts as a mosquito repellent!

I wasn't originally planning to buy this! In a different order, I purchased 'I'd rather be at the farm', '...in my garden' and '... reading fantasy', completely ignoring 'I'd rather be a mermaid'. Why? Because I'm not usually a lover of these kind of scents. How wrong I was!! The scent, just wonderful - the base is absolutely captivating, the deep musk transporting my mind to tales of sirens and kelpies. On top of that, the smell of florals in an ocean wind that whips around in the promise of adventure. Trust me, you need this candle!

The smell of this candle gets me excited for the first orange leaf spotting on a crisp walk that encourages me to purchase Pumpkin Spice syrup for my daily caffeine fix <3 Yet the scent isn't overly sweet! The pumpkin is more rounded and earthy, which pairs deliciously with the warmth of cinnamon, nutmeg and clove. The perfect Autumn candle!!

The scent of this candle is so different to other 'Autumn' candles I've smelt and winced at (tkmaxx I'm looking at you)! It isn't overly sweet, but instead rich from the toasted pecans and mysteriously deep from the smoked caramel. I think this candle will be perfect for those rainy Autumn mornings - delectable <3

The secret recipe scent is so intriguing - it starts with the freshness of herbs, then the humidity that drips off growing stems, with a base of just watered earth. A beautiful aroma, that also doubles as a mosquito repellent for the summer!

This smells like the baked apples my mum used to make when I was a child - juicy and sweet, with a spicey undertone from the cinnamon! Delicious :)

This purchase was a restock! I used to live/work in the Austrian Alps, and as much as I loved the sun, there was something so magical about being huddled under a tree watching a storm move over. This candle makes me nostalgic for the smell of the rain - the damp moss, earthy undertones, water dripping off of wildflowers. Absolute perfection!!

All around the village are blackberry bushes that burst with ripe deep berries, which the locals and myself pick every year. Unlike me, my sister has green thumbs, and spends a lot of time in her wonderful garden (complete with a fairy/green witch partition at the bottom). The scent of this candle is light and airy, like a summer breeze full of herbs and flowers, and fresh soil. It will be perfect for her to burn on those days when it's raining, enjoying her garden view with her two cats from her kitchen table :)
