Did something change with review rewards?
We used to give a £1 code for each review. Now reviews earn you 100 Embers instead, which you can stack with everything else you collect. If you've got a review code from before, it'll still work.
How do I check my Embers balance?
Log into your account and open the rewards tab on our site any time. Your balance is always there.
Do my Embers expire?
Your Embers do not expire.
How do I redeem my Embers?
When you've saved enough, open the rewards panel on our site and choose your reward. We'll give you a discount code to pop in at checkout. You make the code the moment you want it, so there's no hunting through old emails.
