Returns

We hope you love your order, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused and unburned, with all packaging intact.

Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns on used candles.

Sale items are non-returnable and are final sale.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll be happy to help resolve this for you.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
