A well-cared-for candle doesn’t just smell better - it burns cleaner, lasts longer, and gives you the best possible experience. Here’s our simple guide to candle care, so every burn feels as luxurious as the first.

1. Let it melt to the edges
On the very first burn, allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges of the jar. This usually takes around 1-2 hours and helps create an even wax memory, preventing tunnelling and ensuring a smooth, consistent burn every time.

2. Don’t burn for more than 4 hours
For the safest and cleanest burn, we recommend extinguishing your candle after 4 hours. This protects the fragrance, prevents overheating, and helps you get the most out of every candle.

3. Keep the wick trimmed to 1cm
Before each burn, trim your wick to around 1cm. This reduces smoke, prevents soot, and encourages a steady, even flame.

4. Always replace the lid when not in use
Keeping the lid on your candle helps prevent fragrance evaporation, protects the wax from dust, and keeps your candle smelling beautiful for longer.

5. Burn safely, always
Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep away from drafts, pets, and children. Place your candle on a heat-safe, stable surface for best results.

With just a little care, your candle will reward you with a longer burn time, stronger scent throw, and beautifully even melts - because luxury should last ✨
